These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of JobMint ("JobMint", "we", "us"), software that helps mobile mechanics create invoices and estimates, schedule appointments, manage customers, accept payments, and communicate with their customers. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be authorized to send communications to the customers you add.
You agree to use JobMint only for lawful business purposes and not to send unsolicited or misleading messages. You are responsible for the content of invoices, estimates, and messages you create and send to your customers.
JobMint sends service-related text messages (appointment reminders, estimates, invoices and payment links, and job updates) to customers who have provided their mobile number and consented to receive them. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Recipients may reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Mechanics are responsible for obtaining their customers' consent before adding their numbers.
Opting in to text messages is entirely optional and is never a condition of any purchase, service, or transaction. Customers who choose not to receive texts still receive full service — invoices and estimates can be emailed or printed instead, and payment can be made by cash or card. Text messaging is only an added convenience.
Card payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. Funds from customer payments settle to the mechanic's connected payout account. JobMint is not a party to the transaction between a mechanic and their customer and is not responsible for the underlying repair work.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobMint is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
